About Me
This is Md. Rakibul Hasan, currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Food Technology and Nutritional Science, where I have been serving since January 20, 2024. I was born and raised in Tangail, where I completed my early education at Bindubasini Government Boys’ High School and later pursued higher secondary studies at Major General Mahmudul Hasan Adarsha College. I earned both my Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Food Technology and Nutritional Science from Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU), Tangail. For my MS thesis, I conducted research on “Development and Validation of a Normal Phase HPLC Method for the Determination of Vitamin A in Fortified Edible Oils and Assessment of Quality Parameters.” I had the distinction of standing first in my class in both BSc and MS programs. As a recognition of my academic excellence, I have received several prestigious awards and scholarships, including the Prime Minister Gold Medal (2018), Vice Chancellor Award, University Academic Genius Award, UGC Merit Scholarship, and University Merit Scholarship. My research interests include HPLC method development and validation, food analysis, product development, and public health nutrition.
