About Me
Mr Nannur Rahman is a PhD candidate in the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has been awarded a prestigious Hong Kong PhD fellowship to pursue his PhD degree. He has been serving as an associate professor in the Department of Food Technology and Nutritional Science, Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University since 2018. Prior to this, he was awarded the renowned and worthwhile VLIRUOS scholarship through which he successfully achieved an advanced MS degree in Public Health Nutrition from Ghent University, Belgium. He also completed his BSc. (Hon’s) and an MSc. degree in Applied Nutrition and Food Technology from the Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. He has attended several national and international conferences and academic seminars, where he has presented his thoughts and research findings. He also attended many training courses and workshops, which helped to flourish his career. He has participated in many voluntary and extracurricular activities.
